Terms and conditions

The following terms contain information about purchasing products in our webshop. They apply to all aspects of your relationship with the Company as a buyer (rights and obligations) and supplement other publicly available documents (such as Legal Terms for Users). The buyer is bound by the terms and conditions in force at the time of purchase (upon completion of the order by payment).

All prices in our webshop indicate whether they include VAT or not. As the Company sells products to several EU countries, different VAT rates may apply to your purchase depending on the country you select as your delivery address.

Example: If you order a product with delivery to Denmark, Danish VAT will be applied, which will be stated on the order and on the invoice. For other EU countries, we currently charge Slovenian VAT. All VAT registration numbers can be found under Company Information on our website.

The VAT on shipping will always be the same as the VAT applied to the products ordered.

WETALITY DELIVERY

Once you have placed your order via our webshop and payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery destination. All costs are displayed in the webshop after you have entered the desired delivery address.

The company offers delivery via GLS, DHL, or similar courier companies, depending on the market.
Example – Denmark: We offer two delivery options: DAO and GLS.

  • DAO:
    Free shipping on all orders over €100.
    For orders below this amount , the shipping cost is €6.
    DAO delivers to DAO delivery points, which means that you must pick up the package yourself at the selected DAO delivery point.
  • GLS:
    Shipping costs €4 for orders over €100 and €10 for orders under €100.
    GLS delivers to your home address or another address of your choice.

Please note that the Company is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by courier companies or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipments are insured by the contractual carrier. All delivery times are estimates.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number (depending on the destination and transport partner, this service may vary). As a rule, you will be able to track your products throughout the entire shipping process. However, tracking is not available for certain destinations/countries, and in these cases you will only be informed prior to delivery.

We ship orders daily. Delays may occur during holiday periods. Such circumstances will be announced on our website.

For countries within the EU, products are usually delivered within 5–7 business days from dispatch.

Redelivery:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from the carrier, a redelivery fee of €16 (excluding VAT) will be charged to cover the return and redelivery costs.

Receipt of goods:
You are responsible for checking the goods upon receipt. Any errors or defects must be reported to the Company as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery, and a photo documenting the condition of the goods upon delivery must be attached. Please note that no claims can be made without documentation in the form of a photo. Read more in the Returns Policy section of these terms and conditions.

Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so as soon as possible and, if possible, before the goods have been shipped. Cancellation is done by sending an email to support@wetality.com.

PAYMENT

Payment

Wetality Shop accepts payment by credit card and transfer from your available Wetality Payments account balance – i.e. the Wetality credit allocated to your Wetality account. The credit cards currently accepted are European MasterCard and European Visa. It is also possible to pay by bank transfer, as described below.

You can complete the payment for the selected items in the Wetality Shop by clicking on the "Proceed to payment" button . Once the payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. An invoice will also be sent to your email address once the order has been processed for shipment. The purchase agreement is considered concluded at the time the order confirmation is sent to the buyer. From this point on, all prices and other terms and conditions are binding.

Please note that no money will be withdrawn from your credit card until the goods have been shipped. When you place an order, the amount will be reserved on your card, and the final debit will be made when the goods have been shipped to you.

Products can be ordered directly from the Company via the official website. There is no minimum order purchase. The Company does not accept purchases on credit – goods will only be shipped once they have been paid for in full (i.e. once the amount has been reserved on your credit card). In the event of overpayment, the Company will refund the amount or provide credit for the purchase of products or services. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or service at our discretion.


Use of credit cards

When making a purchase, you must use your own personal credit card to order products or services. It is not permitted to use someone else's credit card without the cardholder's written permission. Failure to provide documentation of this may result in cancellation of the sale.

If there are insufficient funds on the credit card and the payment cannot be completed in full, the Company will put the order on hold and only ship it once the payment has been completed. The order is normally considered completed on the day the payment is accepted, but in some cases it may be considered completed on the day the order is placed if the system indicates "payment pending, " as payments can sometimes be delayed by the payment system. This means that orders that must be placed before a certain deadline must respect this deadline to avoid problems.


Bank transfer

Wetality offers customers and independent representatives the option to pay for their order via bank transfer to the Company's bank account.

When you select bank transfer as your payment method and confirm your order, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure prompt delivery of your order.

It may take up to 4 days from the transfer before the order is registered as paid.

WETALITY SMARTSHIP SUBSCRIPTION

Wetality Smartship subscription

As an independent representative or customer, you have the option of having payments for selected orders automatically deducted on the 10th day of every other month, and the products from these orders are delivered at the same time every other month.

(For certain products, the subscription payment may be deducted monthly. Such exceptions will be specified in a separate agreement when ordering the products in question). This is called Wetality Smartship.

To set up Smartship, you must submit your Wetality subscription agreement by confirming and activating Wetality Subscription in the Company's webshop. This means that at checkout, you confirm that you want recurring payment and automatic delivery for the order in question. The only requirement is that your Smartship order has a minimum value of EUR 59 in products for a period of 2 months.

When submitting the agreement, you can select the products you want delivered on subscription on the 10th day of every other month and provide a valid Visa or MasterCard number, expiration date, and other necessary information. Payments will be charged to your credit card on the same day every other month as the original order was placed (including product and delivery costs).

All credit card information is stored with government-approved financial institutions and not with the Company.
You hereby authorize the Company and its affiliates to process your order by charging your credit card every two months for the products specified in the Wetality subscription agreement, as well as for their delivery.

The payment provider (QuickPay) uses a process whereby all credit card details are stored securely, and Wetality only receives a key that the Company uses to activate product billing. This is called product subscription, and the Company therefore does not collect any credit card details.

All products must be paid for in full before the order is processed.

The products will be delivered to the address you have specified. If you wish to change the delivery address, the Company must be informed at least 14 days before the planned delivery date.

Certain products may be discontinued. The company will normally provide 5 days' notice of this. These products will be removed from the subscription, while other products will be delivered as planned. All prices and delivery costs will be adjusted automatically accordingly. The same applies if a product is temporarily out of stock. When the product is back in stock, it will be delivered with the next scheduled order.

If the Company changes the prices of selected products, you will be notified of price increases 30 days before the change takes effect. Unless you notify the Company in writing within this period that you no longer wish to include the product in your subscription, the product will continue to be delivered at the increased price.

The company's return policy also applies to subscriptions.

To manage your Wetality subscription agreement, visit the My Smartship Orders page, where you can create a new Smartship, view your Smartship orders, change or cancel your subscription, and add new products to an existing subscription.

To cancel or change your Smartship, please send your request in writing to support@wetality.com. The company will then cancel your subscription within 30 days.

The Company may terminate a subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. The Company may also terminate your subscription agreement if the credit card details provided are invalid, expired, or canceled, or if you violate the Company's terms and conditions.


Wetality Loyalty Program (WLP)

The Wetality Loyalty Program (WLP) provides ongoing discounts and benefits to both customers and representatives (Reps) based on their order activity.

Customers

Upon registration, customers immediately receive a 20% discount on all purchases in the webshop.
If the customer places an order of at least €30 in the second month, a 36% discount will be applied from the third month onwards.
This 36% discount will continue as long as a minimum order of €30 is maintained each month.

Smartship option
Alternatively, customers can choose to activate a Smartship subscription for a minimum of €59, delivered every two months. In this case, payment is charged monthly (50% per month), and the customer retains the 36% discount.

Re-qualification
If a customer does not meet the requirement of a monthly order of €30 or an active Smartship, the additional 16% discount (on top of the basic 20% discount) will lapse.
To regain the 36% discount, the customer must place qualifying orders (minimum €30) in two consecutive calculation periods.

Representatives (Reps)

Approved representatives immediately receive a 35% discount on their first order.
To maintain and increase their benefits, Reps must meet the requirement of 60 PV (Personal Volume) per month, as described in the compensation plan.

Discount development

  • Month 1: First order – 35% discount
  • Month 2: Earn 60 PV – continue to receive a 35% discount
  • Month 3 and beyond: Continue with 60 PV per month to qualify for a total 48% discount (35% base + 20% WLP bonus, rounded to 48% due to discount stacking limits).

Smartship and PV
Reps can also choose a Smartship, and all products in the Smartship contribute to the monthly PV.

Re-qualification
If a Rep does not meet the monthly order or Smartship requirement, the extra 20% discount will be paused. Re-qualification requires two consecutive months of qualifying purchases (60 PV).

Important notes

  • The WLP system is based on active participation and monthly commitment.
  • Wetality reserves the right to adjust subscription terms or eligibility criteria with prior notice.
  • Discounts are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account holder.
CURRENCY DISCLAIMER

Please note that prices in DKK are displayed for informational purposes only (and only for Danish customers). The actual payment is made in EUR, and the currency conversion may vary depending on your bank's policies. Wetality uses a conversion rate of €1 = DKK 7.47.

ORDER

Products can be ordered directly from the Company via the Company's official website. There is no minimum order purchase. The Company does not accept purchases on credit – goods will only be shipped once they have been paid for in full. In the event of overpayment when placing an order, the Company will provide a refund or credit for the purchase of products or services.


Ordering process

To buy stuff from our online store , you'll need to give us the username of the person who told you about Wetality. You'll also need to make your own username and password in the registration form and fill in all the required info to become a Customer.

In the webshop, you can click on a product and add it to your shopping cart. The product will then be saved in your cart. By opening your cart, you can see the total price for the selected products, VAT, and shipping costs. You can then click on "Proceed to checkout" and enter your billing and delivery information (if this is not already stored in the system under your username).

An order review will appear, and you must accept the Shop terms and conditions. You can then select "Proceed to payment" and complete the order by making the payment. You will then receive an order confirmation by email. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with an invoice, and the amount will be charged to your credit card after shipment.

You also have the option of choosing Smartship instead of a one-time purchase. This means that you will receive the selected products every two months from the date of your initial Smartship registration.

RETURN POLICY

The company will repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund the purchase if the goods you have purchased prove to be defective or do not correspond to the advertised appearance or function.

Purchases made directly from the Company will be refunded by the Company to the purchaser. This means that the person who purchased the product is entitled to a refund from the Company.


Cancellation and returns

Return of non-defective products
The company will refund 100% of the purchase price for currently saleable products returned by independent representatives or customers.

You must notify the Company of your wish to return purchased products within 14 days of delivery by email to support@wetality.com.

It is your responsibility to return the products you wish to return within 14 days of notifying the Company. Once the return has been completed, any bonuses earned on the basis of this purchase will be reversed by the Company via the system.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. The Company will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving your cancellation (please note that the Company may delay the refund if the goods or documentation for the return have not been received).

“Currently marketable” means:

  • unopened and unused products
  • packaging and labeling have not been changed or replaced

No refunds will be given for orders placed by others.


Defective or damaged products

If products are received in damaged condition, the Company will replace the product if it is returned within 2 years of receipt. As some products have a shorter shelf life, this warranty does not apply after the expiry date. Products can only be replaced until the expiry date, not after.

Please note that six months after receipt, you must be able to document that the defect already existed at the time of receipt. If replacement is not possible, the Company will issue a credit note corresponding to the value of the returned products.

In order to claim that goods have arrived in a damaged condition, it is necessary to provide a photo of the condition of the product upon arrival, as well as a photo or scan of the full delivery documentation. Without documentation in the form of a photo, the Company will assume that the goods have not been received damaged.

Purchases made directly from the Company will be exchanged by the Company.


Procedure for returns/refunds and exchanges

When returning or exchanging an item, you must provide the original order number – either by providing a copy of the invoice or the invoice number – along with your decision to cancel the purchase or exchange the product.

The notification shall be sent to support@wetality.com. You can use the Company's standard cancellation form.

The goods must be returned by registered mail and be in a condition suitable for resale to the Company within 14 days of notification. You should keep the receipt for the shipment in case the goods do not arrive. Upon return, the Company has the right to reverse any bonuses paid out on the basis of the purchase. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation (please note that refunds may be delayed if the goods or documentation for return have not been received).


Types of reimbursement

Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method. Where permitted by law or with the customer's prior consent, the Company may, at its discretion, choose alternative forms of refund, including (but not limited to): company credit, product credit, bank check, bank transfer, or credit card reversal. The actual refund method will depend on local payment procedures and the original payment method. Refunds will only be paid to the original payer.

If additional or more favorable rights apply in a particular country under the law, the Company will act in accordance with those rights upon request.

Product Claims & Health Disclaimer

Product claims and health disclaimer

The Company makes no medical claims and does not state or imply that any product is formulated, designed, or approved by the Company or any regulatory authority to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. This would falsely imply that the products are drugs rather than cosmetics, skin care products, or dietary supplements.

The company never compares its products to medicines. Any such representation, claim, or comparison made by you may result in personal liability.

Product claims and health:
Please note that the products and claims on this website and on the Company's affiliated websites have not been evaluated by official institutions and are not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any disease.
